Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals

A great trip to cap off the Summer! Back to the working world, but thank you for a great condo! The view was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. One small bummer wad that the pans provided (although grateful that they were there) stuck to our food. It was very tricky to fry some eggs even with some butter on the pan. Overall the entire trip was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to book this room again! Thank you!

This is our 4th year and it's always a great experience. We had a few minor issues with internet service but it was resolved quickly with the hep of Ms Nikki! We loved it! It was beautifully decorated, and very homey. The beds were so comfortable and it was perfectly situated between both beach accesses and both pools. We will stay again for sure.

I didn't know what to expect because I've never stayed at Magnolia House before. As soon as I walked in I was really surprised by the look and furnishings this unit had. The pictures don't do it justice! We were very pleased with everything in the condo, especially the box fan!! I slept like a baby! I will definitely put this one on the list for future visits.

This is our fourth year staying at Magnolia House and we absolutely love Unit 112! The renovation of the pool area is awesome but the beach wasn't the best as usual and I'm sure it's due to the precious storms !! Overall, we love our visits!!!

We stayed in the Sugar Shack for Easter 2015 and we can't wait for the opportunity to rent it again. From the moment you walk in, room after room, is decorated so beautifully. The ceilings are high and the light is fantastic. There are porches everywhere but the porch off the living room has the most amazing views of the water and sunset. A 3 min. walk over the walkway and you are at the most beautiful sandy beaches. There is a grocery and Target 1 mile away and it's easy to drive out for what you need and get back to paradise quickly to get to the beach. Whenever we talk about a rental, the Sugar Shack is always at the top of our mind..."it would be great if we could find a house like the Sugar Shack we rented in Destin..." My husband said if he built a house in Florida it would be modeled after this one. You can't go wrong with this house

The view is stunning! The unit is fairly equipped......just wich cookware was non-stick (for my breakfast eggs).... The furniture was pretty good....may be time to update (coffee table was wobbly). Patio door handle (inside) was broken when we arrived but it was fixed within 48 hrs. (we checked in Sat. and repair guy came Monday). However, before we left, the outside handle broke. Had a little problem with the bathroom drains (tub and sink) but they also were fixed within 48 hrs. Bed and couch were comfortable, all appliances worked well, the unit was clean and the AC was excellent! The gulf beach was a bit crowded and the water in the bay was quite a bit murkier than I recall but the gulf was still very clear. I didn't care for all the snorkel, kayak tours and personal watercraft in the bay either.....they were very disruptive, loud and intrusive, but I know they have a right too. I'd recommend no a.m. visits but if you go later in the day, they're mostly gone. I just recall our first visit to the Pointe........water was crystal clear and the bottom was visible for a very long way out. But alas, things change. I can be a bit picky and I there are a HUGE number of visitors and these are rented most every summer week.....so, overall, it was a VERY GOOD visit (our third) and look forward to returning as soon as we can. Perhaps in the fall break (Oct.) time, when things aren't so crowded and hectic.

We have stayed at a variety of units in Magnolia House, and #501 has been the best! We liked the corner unit layout and the decor. We felt very relaxed and refreshed at the end of our stay. Can't wait to go back.

This was a great place for the whole family, very nice. Plenty of room, and it was 7 of us that stayed. Nice kitchen, grilling area outside. Pool area never crowded. Nice beach area. Perfect for family

This is a beautiful unit with a gorgeous sunset each and every day of your stay. You will love the amenities of this unit! Beautiful kitchen, gorgeous master bath, stylish furnishings and linens throughout along with very comfortable beds for a great nights beach sleep. Wake to view boats as they head out for a day in the gulf. The pools at Destin Pointe are fabulous and the trolley to the beach can’t be beat. Love this location to be in the center of all your favorite places in Destin. Can’t wait to stay here again.

My husband, 14 year old daughter, and I had a phenomenal trip! We’ve stayed in Destin many times, but this is a first at Magnolia House. The condo was clean and beautiful! Amazing views! We enjoyed biking, sitting by pool, and most of all staying on the beach. The included beach chairs were the best! Highly recommend and will definitely come again!

A wonderful location within a convenient, quiet, and clean gated community. Easy walk to the beach and a house that comfortably sleeps a large group. Great views from the balcony, and a pool that's perfectly sized for the yard. Would be very happy staying here again. The house feels less like someone's personal residence and more like a regularly rented property (kinda like a great hotel) - which is wonderful in many ways. light switches are labeled, soaps/towels are in each bathroom, the kitchen is well stocked with physical materials and appliances (plates, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc) BUT do remember to bring things like coffee filters, slat & pepper, oil, trash bags, etc. as the fridge and pantry will truly be empty. You will have a roll of fresh toilet paper in each bathroom and the trash bags in the cans, but that's it - extra is up to you. (perfectly reasonable, but good to know ahead of time!) Again, this was a wonderful house that my group of friends would happily rent again.

Holiday Isle was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Magnolia house was a wonderful place to stay - close to the beach and the action of the Harbor Boardwalk but still felt private and cozy. Beautiful view and tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly and guests were quiet. Can’t wait to stay again!

We’ve stayed at Magnolia House so many times but this is our new preferred go-to property for our “just the two of us” getaways. Clean and simple styling, amazing shade doors to block the harshest rays and keep the place cool, and additions like wood flooring at the entry and balcony, make this place stand out. Always a great view at Magnolia House and we love easy access to pools and the beach. We spend most of our time at the beach so the complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrella) is one of our favorite amenities.

My wife and I booked a last minute trip to Destin for her birthday and lucked out with Magnolia House! We loved the location with access to private beach that included golf cart shuttle to and from magnolia house. We always had access to easy parking in the garage with quick elevator ride to our room. Room 407 was perfect for the two of us with full kitchen supplies and balcony that overlooked the pool and jetty. The pool and hot tub were perfect to come back to after a day at the beach. The rental also included complimentary umbrella and two chairs while on the beach that were set up ready to go. The only downsides we felt was in the bedroom: a king size bed was great but the mattress was not very comfortable and the curtains did not keep out the light from the hall outside. All in all, we would highly recommend staying at magnolia house and hope to come back soon!

This beach house has it all - unmatched views, all of the kitchen items you need to cook and entertain, comfortable beds, a hot tub, and direct access to the beach. I stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. We spent evenings watching the sun set and dolphins play in the water, took the short walk to the beach during the day, and really enjoyed that our whole family could stay in one house. The house is well kept and has all that you need.

It was comfortable for us and our 3 kids. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed that it was a bit off the main strip nestled in Destin Pointe. We will definitely return and would be happy to use Holiday Isle again for booking.

The room was clean and well stocked. During our stay we did have one small issue that was handled by Holiday Isle very promptly. The views from Magnolia House were absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins almost every day from our balcony. Thanks for a great vacation and we will definitely be back!!
